Refunds & account credits

Issue a promotional account credit to a member. Credits are promotional, non-withdrawable, and can only be used for MadeVisible promotions.

Completed purchases and already-spent promotional funds are generally non-refundable. Refunds of eligible unspent balances, where applicable, must be processed server-side in production.
